We are resurrecting the dry-side training at Strathclyde park starting this week. If you never participated before then basically you can bike it (1~2 laps) or run it (1 lap) around the park, accompanied by your parents and/or other swim club members. Meet up at the benches in front of "The Boat House" rowing centre (facing the loch) at 6.30pm. Bring the usual warm/wet weather clothes if necessary, and drink to keep hydrated. Note, these are not races, they are fun activities to help increase your fitness through another activity aside from swimming.
